Whatup man, you have my favorite indie rap blog in the blogosphere i think. atleast in the top 3 yo. anyway, I have a blog too, I mostly post stuff I dig up randomly, at www.headlampshovel.blogspot.com I wanted to ask you though, do you know ANYONE that has the Terrais - Murders The Medicine EP???? or the 4 Deep - Soft Sucka Rap 12" , or even the Disco Beave from the projects 12" ??? I got more but those three would be sooo appreciated. You're obviously legit enough to come up with Courageous Chief (near impossible feat congrats) so I figured these can't be too obscure. Thanks
i have the disco beave record, but i don't have those other 2.i've never even seen or heard the terrais record.what are the other blogs you like?im just curious...
aw damn, you gotta post that disco beave man, thats the illest track ever. i cant get my hands on a decent copy. you do a major service for fellows like myself posting all this mad rare shit, most guys like to horde it away and show you glimpses only. the terrais record is like a holy grail murmur amongst the indie crowd, illusive as hell. i bet its hyyyype tho. some of the slightly lesser known indie blogs i like are hip-hop as it should be, and under for u neck and mind. and theres a guy with a seriously incredible electro blog out there i cant remember the name, he has evvvvverything. but im reppin your site for the indie shiz. post dat beave!
oh and diz be dat realnez is one of the best i think. when i mean best in regards to all these blogs (incl yours) im not talking analysis or history etc... i mean best material to jam on, like hardest to find, most interesting, best quality, frequency of posts, and overall "dopeness" of the records being put up for download. if i want analysis and information ill read a damn book. i like cocaineblunts tho, he knows his stuff.
MP3S ARE A POOR SUBSTITUTE FOR VINYL.PLEASE SUPPORT THE ARTISTS AND YR LOCAL RECORD STORE BY DELETING THE TRACKS 48 HOURS AFTER YOU DOWNLOAD THEM AND PURCHASING THE RECORDS THEY WERE RECORDED FROM.THIS BLOG IS INTENDED TO CREATE AWARENESS OF OBSCURE TITLES BY TRULY TALENTED RECORDING ARTISTS WHOSE EFFORTS WERE NOT APPRECIATED ENOUGH BY THE MASSES UPON THEIR ORIGINAL RELEASE.THIS BLOG IS A CELEBRATION OF THEIR GREATNESS AND VISION.
